I hail from Umuezeopara village in Umunkwo, Isiala Mbano Local Government Area of Imo State. I am a devout Christian, married to Mrs. Oluigbo Nkiru Veronica, am blessed with 2 children. Currently, I am an Lecturer in the Niger Delta University. I hold a Bachelor, and Master of Science Degree in Architecture from Imo State University, Owerri and currently running my Ph.D in architecture in the university. I am a full member of the Architects Registration Council of Nigeria (ARCON), Association of Architectural Educators in Nigeria (AARCHES), and The Nigerian Institute of Architects (NIA). I have handled the design and construction of several projects in Nigeria as well as taught in different schools in varying capacities. I have a keen interest in research and innovation, hence, I have published over 20 papers and presented in some functions / conferences. Presently, I am working on “effect of Indoor Thermal comfort conditions on the academic performance of architecture students in design studios”. My research interest spans from sustainable architecture to architectural technology, and architectural practice.
