Biography:

  • Possess specialization in International Law, Administrative Law and Constitution.
  • As an International Coach / Advisor in the Ministry of Justice, Government of Afghanistan, developing the capacity of all stakeholders of the Justice Sector in order to successful implementation of Justice Sector Support Programme and Rule of Law. Fully acclimatized to work in the post-conflict hazardous environment and demonstrated abilities to work in cross cultural environment and respect gender equity.
  • Well versed in coordinating between multiple stakeholders, developing partnership and mobilizing resources to achieve durable solutions and highly adaptable, flexible and team player.
  • Expert in conducting elections with single transferable system of voting for constitutional and parliamentary positions and was associated with the entire election process for the Office of President and Vice President of India.
  • Prepared IT Plan for Upper House (Rajya Sabha) of Parliament of India and Looked after the work of certain portion of preparation of database for website of Rajya Sabha. Well conversant with all applications of MS Office package and usage of Internet, for the purpose of office management.
